Our second project for this happy client, The Bike Shop South required a comprehensive reimagining of a tired industrial manufacturing facility. The scope included a complete demolition of the interior walls and systems, as well as structural alterations to the existing second storey assembly creating a new mezzanine and impressive double volume space.
